Hills Kids Occupational Therapy

Calista McCurdy is an Occupational Therapist experienced in helping children with:

• Developmental delays

• Autism

• Additional support needs to engage in everyday activities

Calista is trained in Qigong Sensory Massage Therapy (http://www.qsti.org), an evidence based therapy to support children with sensory processing issues, particularly effective for children with Autism. She is also trained in Marte Meo to Therapist Level and skilled in facilitating supportive relationships between parents and their children (http://martemeo.com).

Calista has worked in early intervention with Disability Services

and the Education Department prior to founding Hills Kids 

Occupational Therapy. She is passionate about supporting families to help children reach their potential and supporting positive relationships within families.

 

Calista ensures all interactions with children are play based because children learn best when they're having fun!
